Ordering and Checkout
You May Wish to Know:
Secure Sockets Layer - We secure all checkouts with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology in order to provide a high level of security for Internet communications. SSL provides an encrypted communications session between your web browser and a Web server. When sensitive information is being sent over the Internet between your browser and a web server SSL verifies that the information has not been altered in any way on-route. All major browsers released in recent years support SSL. You will see a lock icon appear on your browser when your browser enters mode.
Payment Processing - Orders processed by us will show up on your credit card statement as payments made to Healthy Living. We are a division of Healthy-Living International, LLC.
Confirmation Emails - We always send confirmation emails. Whether you get them or not depends on many factors. Your first confirmation may go to your junk email folder and we suggest that you whitelist our email address, so that our emails will be delivered to your inbox, thereafter.
Shipping charges for Non-U.S. destinations - The shipping charge will be equal to the actual shipping cost plus $7.50 handling. This shipping charge will not show on your web invoice (because the charge will be determined later when shipped. So, initially the shipping charge will show $0.00 or $X.XX). When we process your card for shipping the shipping/handling charge will be added to the order total and charged.
Import Duties - We do not collect or pay import duties on products you purchase. That will be your reponsibility.
Sales Tax - Orders shipped to addresses within the United States may be charged sales tax depending on the sales tax laws of the delivery state.
Canceling Your Order - If you have accidentally ordered a wrong product or wish to cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email within 15 minutes of ordering (else your order may likely have already shipped).
