Your Satisfaction is Our Business
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee refund period on all product sales.
If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from us, you have 30 days from the date of product purchase to request a refund.
To request a refund we have a straightforward procedure for you to follow. Call the number below and explain that you would like a refund on a product you ordered:

Just make sure to call within the 30 day period of time, and let us know that you wish to return a product for a refund. We will then give you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
In order to receive the refund, you must then return to us the product containers with any remaining unused product. Write the RMA # that we give you on the outside of the package in which these containers are returned as follows:

Ship the product back to the origination address on the package we used to ship the product to you in the first place. This address is: RxSilver.com, 1098 South 890 East, Orem, UT 84097.
Once we receive the products back from you, we will then begin processing your refund, which will be made the credit card used to purchase the products. It may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks (depending on when the product was received back and our accounting cycle) to return the cost of the products to your credit card. Note, that we do not refund shipping costs nor pay for your shipping costs in returning the products to us. If you return product without getting an RMA #, you will not receive a refund.
